A lot of focus is needed on improving the soundproofing in rooms!!! Also, the perception of cleanliness should be re-evaluated since some rooms could use a serious deep clean!!!

Had an awesome group trip with friends! We explored the nearby tram system to visit the beautiful gardens and enjoyed fantastic breakfasts. The staff was super friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome. Definitely recommend their comfortable rooms and great dining options!

One downside was the noise from the trash truck early in the morning, which interrupted our sleep a bit.

The grand architecture is stunning, making my first visit to Prague memorable. While the spacious room felt dated, the restaurant impressed me with its delicious cuisine. For future guests, definitely explore the dining options, but don’t expect in-room amenities like coffee or tea.

I especially loved the fresh pastries and the 360 views from the rooftop bar. Plus, my room was spacious and had a great shower.

During our stay, we were impressed by the fantastic breakfast—there was everything from pastries to fresh fruit. The spacious family room was well-equipped, making it easy to relax with our little one after busy days exploring Prague.

In my wife's opinion, a children's play area would improve the experience.

I adored the live piano music filling the air as I sipped a welcome Prosecco upon arrival. The Tower Bar on the 14th floor offered amazing panoramic views of the entire city. Plus, the spacious family room was not only cozy but also well-maintained, making it our perfect home base for exploring.

The room was spacious and really quiet at night, which was nice. The bed was super comfy, perfect for winding down after exploring Prague. It was clean and had decent amenities. Only downside was the pillows were a bit thin, but they quickly brought more when I asked. Overall, a solid spot for a good night's sleep.
